Last week we have exclusively revealed that Xiaomi is planning to bring the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 to India soon. At that the company didn’t confirmed the news about launching of new device.
But now the company in a way has confirmed that the it is indeed bringing the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 to India soon. With this year’s Redmi Note 3, the company kicked off MI Explorers program in which select Mi Fans were given the device prior to launch.
Now for Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 also, the Chinese company is bring back the popular Mi Explorers program to India. This confirms MakTechBlog’s exclusive report about launching Redmi Note 4 in India.
In this year’s Mi Explorers program, I was selected as the one of the Explorer. For next year program, Xiaomi has not revealed the number to fans to be selected. More details about the program will be shared on Mi Community tomorrow.
Xiaomi will start taking applications for Redmi Note 4 Mi Explorers program from tomorrow. Select fans will get the device prior to launch and will also get the chance to attend the event.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 4 features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved Display with a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.
RedMi Note 4 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 16GB and 32GB inbuilt storage options, which can be expanded.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be launched in India in January 2017. It will be priced around Rs. 11,999.
