Xiaomi has scheduled an event in India on 30 June where the company will unveil its phablet, Xiaomi Mi Max. The giant smartphone with 6.44 inch screen was launched in China last month.
Xiaomi Mi Max was launched in China in 3GB RAM with 16GB/32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM variants. And as usual the Chinese company will not launch the high end model in India.
Now ahead of official launch in India, a new lowered down variant of Xiaomi Mi Max have surfaced online. The cheaper model comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage only.
So we think the Xiaomi will launch this 2GB RAM and 16GB storage model of Xiaomi Mi Max in India on 30 June. The company might also launch the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM variant. But chances of launching 4GB RAM model in India are very less.
Apart from RAM and storage, there will be no difference in other set of specifications. The cheaper model of Xiaomi MI Max could be launched in India for Rs. 15,000.
Xiaomi Mi Max will be launched on 30 June. It will go on sale from next month via flash sale method.
