Xiaomi is all set to launch a new smartphone in India soon. The Chinese company is expected to launch Xiaomi Redmi 4 in India this month. It has started teasing the the launch of the device on its social media channels.
In the teaser posted by Xiaomi, it doesn’t specify the name of the device to be launched. But the company has confirmed that a Redmi device will be unveiled in India this month. Looking at the teaser, we think Mi Redmi 4 could be launched.

In the tweet the company said, “Announcing the launch of a new Redmi smartphone! Want to know more? Stay tuned. #PowerInYourHand.” The smartphone will be launched by end of this month.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 features a 5 inch HD ( 720×1280 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Processor with 2GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 505 GPU.
Redmi 4 comes with a 13 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and PDAF. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth, Infrared sensor and Micro-USB. It packs a 4,000mAh battery. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 runs on Android 6 Marshmallow based on MIUI 8. It is dual sim device with dual standby support, it has hybrid dual sim slot.
