Along with Note 5, The Chinese company has also launched its pro variant in India called Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The device has been launched with a starting price of Rs. 13,999. It comes in 4GB and 6GB RAM options. The higher end model is priced at Rs. 16,999. It is powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC and has 20MP front camera.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 5 Pro features a 5.99 inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved Display. It is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Processor with 4GB/6GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.
RedMi Note 5 Pro comes with dual camera setup, it features a 12 Megapixel primary and 5 Megapixel secondary rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 20 Megapixel Sony IMX376 Sensor front camera with LED flash. It comes with 64GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG and Micro-USB. It packs a 4,000 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 5 Pro runs on Android 7 Nougat with MIUI 9. It has hybrid slot which can act as dual sim slot or expandable slot.
