Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has revealed that it has sold huge 5 Million units of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in India. The company has achieved this feat in just six months. It has claimed that the device is No. 1 selling smartphone.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4The smartphone was announced in January this year, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 went on sale from 23 January in India. On 23rd July, the device completed six months of availability in the country.

Xiaomi’s VP Manu Kumar Jain announced that it has sold record 5 Million units of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in India in six months. It has claimed that it has broke all records in Q1 and Q2 and became No. 1 selling smartphone in India.

Xiaomi RedMi Note 4 features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS 2.5D curved Display with a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.

RedMi Note 4 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 32GB and 64GB inbuilt storage options, which can be expanded upto 128GB.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 price in India is Rs. 9,999 for 2GB RAM + 32GB ROM model, Rs. 10,999 for 3GB RAM/32GB ROM model and Rs. 12,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. It is available via online and offline retail stores.
