Yu Televentures has launched a new flagship smartphone in India called Yu Yunicorn. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 12,999. It comes with 4GB RAM and Helio P10 SoC.
Yu Yunicorn will be exclusively available on Flipkart. For the first month it will be available for Rs. 12,999 and from second month it will be available for Rs. 13,499. It comes with Udio Digital wallet.
Yu Yunicorn sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.8GHz Octa core Helio P10 MediaTek MT6755 processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Mali T-860 GPU.
Yu Yunicorn comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-LED flash and PDAF. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel wide-angle front camera. It comes with 32GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 4,000mAh battery which gives 20 hours of talktime. It comes with fingerprint scanner under its home button.
Yu Yunicorn runs on Stock Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
