Yu Televentures conducted first flash sale of Yu Yureka Plus in India yesterday. In the maiden sale, the company sold 50,000 units of the device on Amazon.
Yu Yureka Plus was launched in India last week for Rs. 9,999. It is an upgraded version of Yu Yureka. The company didn’t revealed how much time it took sell the 50,000 units in India on Amazon. The next flash sale will take place on 30th July.
YU Yureka Plus sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display with a pixel density of 401ppi and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit Octa core(1.5GHz Quad core + 1GHz Quad Core) Snapdragon 615 processor with 2 GB DDR3 of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.
Yureka Plus features a 13 megapixel Sony IMX214 Sensor rear camera with LED Flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB of in-built storage which can be further expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It supports TDD:LTE 2300MHz and FDD:LTE 1800MHz bands. It packs a 2,500 mAh battery which can offer 8 hours on LTE network and 210 hours of standby time.
YU Yureka Plus runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop (CM12). It is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support.
