Apple had launched iPhone 6 and iPhon6 Plus on 9 September. Apple didn’t revealed the internal specification like Processor, RAM, Battery and other details. Apple had only announced that iPhone 6 features 2nd Gen A8 processor and better battery.
It was expected that bigger iPhone 6 Plus could come with 2 GB RAM. But don’t put your hopes up too high, iPhone 6 Plus also comes with 1 GB RAM only. Apple has been using the 1 GB RAM since iPhone 5. So this the third iPhone which features 1 GB RAM.
Folks over at ifixit has done the traditional teardown of iPhone 6 Plus. The tear down reveals all the inner details about iPhone 6 Plus. Teardown confirms the 1GB RAM inside iPhone 6 Plus. Apple iPhone 6 Plus runs on Apple A8 APL1011 SoC coupled with Elpida 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM.
But one thing Apple has improved is the massive battery. Apple iPhone 6 Plus comes with massive 2,915 mAh battery. It is Twice as big as iPhone 5s battery. Apple iPhone 5s comes with 1,560mAh battery, so that’s huge increment in the battery.

Apple iPhone 6 Plus comes with 5.5 inch screen Retina HD screen with 1,920 x 1,080 Pixel resolution. It has pixel density of 401ppi. It runs on new 64 bit A8 processor with new M8 co-processor. It has 1 GB RAM. Apple iPhone 6 Plus is just 7.1 mm thick, it is 0.2mm thicker than iPhone 6. It gives 24 hours of talktime on 3G network.

Apple iPhone 6 also comes with new 1.2-megapixel Facetime front camera. It now comes in 128GB internal memory option too, along with 16 GB and 64 GB internal memory options.
