Apple at its ‘Hey Siri, Give us a hint’ Special event announced the new iPhone 6s. The smartphone comes in two screen sizes – 4.7″ and 5.5″ screen sizes. The bigger one is called Apple iPhone 6s Plus. It will be launched in India next month.
The design of the smartphone is very identical to its predecessor, iPhone 6. Although Apple claims to have changed everything. The company does upgraded the RAM to 1GB and also increased Camera Megapixel count to 12 Megapixel.
Apple iPhone 6s also comes in new Rose Gold color option. It comes in 16GB, 64GB and 128GB internal storage options. The Cupertino company has also added new 3D Touch feature. The new feature can detect different types of touches.
Apple iPhone 6s features a 4.7 inch Retina HD (1334 x 750 pixels) LED Display. It is powered by a 64 bit Apple’s home grown A9 chip coupled with M9 motion co-processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM.
iPhone 6s features a 12 Megapixel iSight rear camera with True Tone flash. The iSight camera can record 4K videos. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front shooter. It comes in 16GB, 64GB and 128GB internal storage options..
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It sports finger print sensor under the home button. It packs a 1,715 mAh battery which provides 14 hours of talktime on 3G network and upto 10 days of standby time.
Apple iPhone 6s runs on iOS 9.
