Coolpad Dazen 1 was launched in India last month for Rs. 6,999. It went on sale for the first time in India today for which it has received over 1 Lakh registrations on Snapdeal.
Coolpad has revealed that the Dazen 1 went out of stock in seconds in the first flash sale. The company has kept 10,000 units for sale. Along with Dazen 1, Coolpad has also started selling its Dazen X7 smartphone in India via Snapdeal. The next flash sale of Coolpad Dazen 1 will take place soon.
Coolpad Dazen 1 sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Adreno 306 GPU.
Dazen 1 comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 megapixel wide-angle front camera. It comes with 8GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh Battery which offers 7 hours of talktime and 200 hours of standby time on 3G network.
Coolpad Dazen 1 runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat with a layer of Cool UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
