Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad has made an entry into Indian smartphone market. The company has launched its Dazen series of smartphones in India. Coolpad has announced Dazen 1 and Dazen X7 in India. The smartphones will be sold exclusively on online retailer Snapdeal from 9th June.
The company has launched the smartphones in smartphones in both budget and mid range price segments. Coolpad Dazen 1, the budget smartphone is launched for Rs. 6,999 while Coolpad Dazen X7, mid range smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 17,999.
Coolpad Dazen X7:
Coolpad Dazen X7 sports a 5.2 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-core MediaTek 6595 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Mali GPU.
Dazen X7 comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 megapixel wide-angle front camera. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,700 mAh Battery which offers 8 hours of talktime and 150 hours of standby time on 3G network.
Coolpad Dazen X7 runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat with a layer of Cool UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It supports 1800/2100/2600 MHz FDD LTE bands and 2300MHz TDD LTE Band.
Dazen X7 price in India is Rs. 17,999. It comes in Silver color with Golden color frame. It will go on sale from 9th June on Snapdeal.

Coolpad Dazen 1 sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Adreno 306 GPU.
