Along with Honor 8, Huawei has launched a new variant of 8 in India called Huawei Honor 8 Smart. The smartphone is launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 19,999. It will be available in country soon.
Huawei Honor 8 Smart sports a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS LCD Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 2GHz Octa Core HiSilicon Kirin Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Mali T830 GPU.
Honor 8 Smart comes with 13 Megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh Battery. It comes with fingerprint scanner on its back side.
Huawei Honor 8 Smart runs on Android 6 Marshmallow with a layer of Emoticon UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
