Huawei has launched a new smartphone under its Honor brand in India called Huawei Honor 9i. The device has been launched with a price tag of Rs. 17,999. It comes with dual front and rear cameras. It will be available in India from 14 October.
Huawei Honor 9i sports a 5.9inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) 18:9 2.5D curved Glass Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.36GHz Octa Core Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 659 Processor with 4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Mali Mali T830-MP2 GPU.
Honor 9i comes with dual camera setup, it features a 16 Megapixel primary and 2 Megapixel secondary rear camera with dual-LED flash For selfies, it comes with a 13 Megapixel primary and 2 Megapixel secondary front camera with soft LED flash. It comes with 64GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 256GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,340 mAh Battery. It comes with fingerprint scanner on its back side.
Huawei Honor 9i runs on Android 7 Nougat with a layer of Emoticon EMUI 5.1 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
