Intex has launched a new smartphone in in Aqua series called as Intex Aqua Xtreme. It is launched in India for Rs. 11,490. Intex Aqua Xtreme sports a slimmer body and is just 6.99 mm thick.
Intex Aqua Xtreme features a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) OGS Display with scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6592 processor with 2 GB RAM. It comes with 32 GB inbuilt storage which can be further expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Intex Aqua Xtreme comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. It is a dual sim (WCDMA+GSM) device with dual standby support.
Intex Aqua Xtreme connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, AGPS/GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,000 mAh battery. It also comes with power saving mode.
Intex Aqua Xtreme runs Android 4.4 Kitkat, Intex has promised that Aqua Xtreme will get Android 5.0 Lollipop update.
