Popular Game Flappy Bird whose developer Dong yesterday announced that he will pull the game from app store because he cant keep it anymore. Now as said by him, he has pulled the Game from Apple App Store and from Google Play Store. The app developer was earning about $50,000 just from ads being displayed during the Game, then also he decided to pull the game. Even After pulling, the hype of game is not stopped yet. Used devices with Flappy Bird Installed are listed on eBay for over $100,000. There are about 50 listing for devices with Flappy bird installed.
In the image above you can see that iPhone with Flappy Bird installed are selling for over $100,000, there are other listing also whose price is above $50,000. the iPhone whose price is mere $650 in US is listed for 150 times its original price, and guess what you will not get 1kg of Gold with the purchase, instead you will get a free game pre-installed. On one of the listing, There are over 74 bids and the seller doesn’t looks like scam as he has 121 Positive rating. It will be interesting to see at what prices these devices will be sold. Many sellers are saying it as Rare, Discontinued and unique.
On the Indian Site of eBay also, there are some people who have listed the listed their devices with flappy bird installed for Rs. 50,000. Looks like even after pulling, the craze of flappy bird doesnt going down. But with these type of listing some people will cash out this opportunity and earn in the easiest way ever.
