Lava has launched a new Android device in the mid level market segment, Lava Iris 450 Color for Rs. 7,999. The smartphone was first listed on company website without pricing details. Now lava has launched the device officially in India.
Lava Iris 450 Color comes with swappable back covers. Its back cover come in various colors like Purple, Red, White, Brown and blue. The phone will also come with additional back panels. This will give an option to change the color of smartphone without need to buy a new smartphone. Swappable back cover will attract consumers who likes to change colors according to their needs.
Specification wise Lava Iris 450 Color features a 4.5 inch IPS Display with 480×854 resolution. It runs on 1.3 GHz dual core Processor with 512 MB of RAM. It comes with 4 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB.
Lava Iris 450 Color features an 5 Megapixel fixed focus with LED flash rear camera. It also has 0.3 MP front camera. It’s battery capacity is of 1,800mAh battery which can deliver upto 9 hours of talk-time on 2G network and 8 hours on 3G Network.
Lava Iris 450 Color has connectivity options like GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It is a dual sim device (GSM+GSM) with dual standby.
Lava Iris 450 Color runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, which cannot be upgraded to Android kitkat.
Lava Iris 450 color will come in two colors – Ivory White and Pro black. There will be two extra flip cover, one of same color and other of different color. User can choose second back panel of their choice. Pro black buyers can choose from blue and tan brown and ivory white users can choose between blue and raspberry pink colored back panel.
