Lenovo has launched a new smartphone in India called Lenovo A7000 Turbo. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 10,999. It will start shipping from 13 January. The smartphone can be pre-ordered on Lenovo Do Store.
Lenovo A7000 Turbo is not a new device, instead the company has renamed the Lenovo K3 Note as A7000 Turbo and launched it via offline retail stores and company’s Do Store.
We are not sure why Lenovo launched the A7000 Turbo as this week only the Chinese company launched the Lenovo K4 Note, which offers much better specs. Well the company might want to sell the new device via offline route.
Lenovo A7000 Turbo sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 X 1080 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6752 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali-T720 GPU.
A7000 Turbo comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It supports both FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE bands. It packs a 2,900 mAh Battery.
Lenovo A7000 Turbo runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Vibe 2.5 UI. It is a dual sim(LTE+LTE) device with dual standby support.
