Lenovo has launched a new device in P series dubbed as Lenovo P70. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 15,999. The 4G LTE enabled smartphone comes with a mammoth 4,000mAh battery, which company claims to offer 46 hours of talktime. Lenovo has also said that the device will be upgraded to Android Lollipop.
Lenovo P70 sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz Octa core True8Core MT6752 Processor with 2 GB of RAM. For Graphics it comes with a MaliT760-MP2 GPU.
The P70 smartphone comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it features a 5 megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
P70 packs a 4,000 mAh battery which provides 18 hours of usage time and 29 days of standby time on 3G network. The device provides upto 46 hours of talktim on 2G network.
Lenovo P70 runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat which is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. It comes with many pre-loaded apps like SHAREit, SECUREit and SYNCit apps.
