Lenovo is all set to launch a new smartphone in India under Vibe series called Lenovo Vibe S1. The selfie smartphone will be launched in India on 24 November. The company has started sending out invites for the launch event.
Lenovo S1 was announced during IFA. The selfie smartphone comes with Dual front facing cameras. The first sensor is of 8 Megapixel while the other is of 2 Megapixel which analyses the depth of field.
Lenovo Vibe S1 sports a 5 inch Full HD (1920 X 1080 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6752m Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali-T760MP2 GPU.
Lenovo Vibe S1 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 8 Megapixel primary front camera and 2 Megapixel secondary front camera. It comes with 32 GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It supports both FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE bands. It packs a 2,500 mAh Battery.
Lenovo Vibe S1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Vibe 2.5 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
