LG upcoming flagship device, LG G3 gets a launch date. LG will launch the next flagship LG G3 on 27 May. LG has started sending out invites for the launch event.
The launch invite doesn’t specifically confirms that LG G3 will be launched but from the tagline we can say that G3 will be launched. The invite reads “To be Simple to be Great”. The G in the invite is bold which indicates that upcoming flagship G3 is coming.
LG G3 launch event will take place in Six cities London, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Istanbul and Seoul on 27 May.
So we now know LG G3 will be unveiled on 27 May. We also know that LG G3 will also have buttons on its back similar to G2. Now serial leakster @evleaks has confirmed the back buttons setup on LG G3. As you can see in the image, The volume sleeker will have power/sleep button in the middle while camera lens above it. The back panel will also have IR Blaster and Flash on both sides on volume sleeker.
Last week, LG G3 UI images were leaked which confirmed the QHD display and flatter UI. LG G3 will be the first phone to have QHD display.
From the specifications point of view, LG G3 will features a Quad HD display with 2560×1440 pixel resolution. It may feature quad core snapdragon 801 SoC with 2GB of RAM. It will have 16 Megapixel rear camera. LG G3 will have 32GB internal memory. It has 3,000mAh battery, The phone will come with IPX7 certification which means it will water resistant.
