LG has reportedly launched a new smartphone under its K series in India called LG K8 X240i. The device is available via offline retail stores in the country with a price tag of Rs. 9,999. It comes with 2GB RAM.
LG K8 X240I sports a 5 inch HD (1280 x 820 pixels) IPS In-Cell Display. It is powered by a 1.25GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6735 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Mali T-720 GPU.
LG K8 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It has 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 64GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh battery which offers 18 hours of talktime. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
LG K8 (2017) runs on Android 7 Nougat. It comes with Knock Code. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
