OnePlus One features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS LCD Display at 401 ppi. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Processor with 3GB of RAM. For graphics it has Adreno 330 GPU.
The OnePlus One comes with a 13 megapixel Sony IMX214 sensor and f/2.0 aperture rear camera with LED flash. It also comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 16BG and 64GB internal storage options, it doesn’t have an option expand internal storage.
OnePlus One has connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac , GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery.
OnePlus One runs on CyanogenMod 11S which is abased on Android 4.4.
