Micromax will hold the third flash sale of its budget smartphone, Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 in India today. It will go on sale on Snapdeal for Rs. 4,999.
In the first two flash sales, Micromax has managed to sell 70,000 units of Spark in India. The company has not announced how many units will be available in the third flash sale.
Canvas Spark Q380 sports a 4.7 inch qHD (960×540 pixels) IPS Display which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6582M Processor with 1 GB of RAM. For Graphics it comes with a Mali 400 GPU.
Canvas Spark Q380 comes with a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 2 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8 GB on-board storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,000mAh battery which offers 7 hours of talktime and 355 hours of standby time.
Canvas Spark runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
