Micromax launched its latest flagship smartphone, Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus in India this month. Although the company calls it a flagship smartphone, it is launched at a budget price of Rs. 7,999.
As the company calls it as the flagship smartphone, Micromax is offering an interesting after sale service for its Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus smartphone. The company is promising On Spot service warranty on the phone.
If Micromax service center fails to repair the Canvas Unite 4 Plus on-spot then the company will give a replacement unit. The On Spot service warranty offer is valid for first six months from the date of purchase. The company has not cleared about the replacement unit being given on the spot or not.
Micromax also claims that due to its focus on product quality, it has seen 25% decline in service call in last one year. With the new On Spot free service warranty, the company plans to reduce the repair time.

A recent survey by IMRB also shows that Micromax’s customer satisfaction levels have increased by 15 per cent over the last year. All this has given us the confidence to commit a superlative service experience to our consumers and what best way to start it with our new flagship smartphone- the Unite 4 Plus,” said Shubhajit Sen, Chief Marketing Office, Micromax.
