Micromax’s online only smartphone subsidiary, Yu Televentures is all set to launch power banks in India. The company is working on launching 10,000mAh power banks in India.
Yu has started importing 10,000mAh power banks in India. The company has imported 5000 units of Yu power bank in India on 19 August. It comes with model number YUAPB1000 .
The import price of the device is Rs. 650, so the selling price of the power bank might be below Rs. 999. It will be exclusively sold on Amazon in coming weeks. Yu might sell it via flash model only.
Yu recently launched Yu Yureka Plus in India at Rs. 9,999 but later reduced its price to Rs. 8,999. Looking at the company’s competitive pricing, Yu Power Bank will also be priced aggressively.
