PayTM which provides online recharge for mobile and DTH operators have launched a update for its mobile app with new Shopping feature. Other key feature of the updated app Is bargaining. Whenever we Indians go for shopping, first thing we do is bargain, but that is not possible with online shopping minus discount. Now this new app allows to bargain with seller using in app messenger. This gives a real feel of bargaining with the seller. The App allows user to buy cloths for men, women and kids and also home furnishing products will be sold. PayTM in this category will compete with other key players like Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra and Snapdeal. But all these existing E-Commerce stores doesn’t allow user to bargains directly with seller, though various discounts are available.
PayTM by One97 announced this new feature some days back, now this feature arrives for Apple devices. This feature will come arrive on Google Play Store in some days and other platforms will be supported in coming weeks. The company said that new bargaining feature is new and specially designed for indian users. Apart from new shopping and bargaining feature, the update app bring many other changes. On the front page, user are given with various shopping option, select any product then read its description. Now on the description page, there is button for bargain, select that to chat with seller and bargains for selected product.

Though this bargaining feature is new and innovative but it will be tough for PayTM as other e-Stores have strong presence and they offer huge discount also. Only Time will tell, if this feature will work or not. Maybe other E-Commerce also introduce this new feature, well that will be beneficial for customers only.
