Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Phicomm is set to launch a new smartphone in India. The company will launch new Phicomm Energy 670 in India on 26 January. The smartphone will be priced around Rs. 9,000.
Phicomm is teasing the launch of new smartphone in India since last month. Now the company has revealed that Energy 670 will be unveiled in India on 26 January, Republic Day of India.
Phicomm Energy 670 might be launched via online retailer in India. Currently the company sells its Energy 653 on Snapdeal and Amazon. So the new smartphone might be available on these websites.
The Chinese company recently launch its offline only Phicomm Clue 630 in India. It is sold via offline retail stores in India for Rs. 4,800. It will be fourth smartphone from the company in India.
Phicomm Energy 670 sports a 5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Adreno 405 GPU.
Energy 670 comes with a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 2 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,300 mAh Battery.
Phicomm Energy 670 runs on older Android 4.4 Kitkat with a layer of Expect 5.0 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
