Reliance Retail has launched a new smartphone in India called Reliance LYF Wind 5. The budget smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 6,599. It comes with VoLTE support. It is available via offline and online stores.
Reliance LYF Wind 5 sports a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6735P Processor with 1GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali T720 GPU.
LYF Wind 5 comes with a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,000 mAh Battery which offers 6.5 hours of talktime on 4G network and 140 hours of standby time.
Reliance LYF Wind 5 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
