South Korean giant Samsung has launched a new set of smartphone under its A series called Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018). The device comes with 4GB RAM and features dual front cameras. It also sports a Full View screen.
Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features a 5.6 inch Full HD+ (2220 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa Core Exynos 7885 Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Mali G71 GPU.
Galaxy A8 2018 comes with a 16 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and OIS. For selfies, it comes with a 16 Megapixel primary and 8 Megapixel secondary front camera. It comes with 32GB/64GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It is dust and water resistant smartphone with IP68 rating.
