Samsung has launched a new smartphone under its Galaxy A series with new Infinity-O Display. The company has launched Samsung Galaxy A8s. The device will come with 10GB RAM and is powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC.
Samsung Galaxy A8s SM-G8870 features a 6.4 inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) 19:5:9 Infinity-O display. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Processor coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Adreno 616 GPU.
Galaxy A8s comes with triple camera setup, it has a 24 Megapixel primary, 10 Megapixel Telephoto lens and 5 Megapixel depth rear cameras with LED Flash and OIS. For selfies, it comes with a 24 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes in 128GB on-board storage options, which can be further expanded up to 512GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,400 mAh battery. It has fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy A8s runs on Android 8 Oreo. It is dust and water resistant smartphone with IP68 rating.

Samsung Galaxy A8s price is not announced. It comes in Blue, Gray and Green colors. It will be up for pre-order in China from 21 December.
