Samsung has launched a new low cost Android Kitkat smartphone in India, Samsung Galaxy Core 2. Galaxy Core II (SM-G355H) is launched in India for Rs. 11,900. Earlier this month The phone was announced globally, now it is launched in India.
Samsung Galaxy Core 2 features a 4.5 inch WVGA Display with 480×800 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MTK6592 Processor with 768B RAM. It has 4 GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Samsung Galaxy Core 2 comes with 5 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. It also has 0.3 megapixel front camera.
Samsung Galaxy Core II has connectivity options like 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It has 2,000 mAh battery. It is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support.
Samsung Galaxy Core II runs on latest Android 4.4.2 Kitkat.
