Along with Galaxy E7, Samsung has also reduced the price of Samsung Galaxy E5 in India. The smartphone is now available in India for Rs. 14,900. It is the third price cut of smartphone in India.
Samsung Galaxy E5 was launched in India in January for Rs. 19,300. In the next month itself, the company had reduced its price. Since launch, its price has been reduced by Rs. 4,400.
Samsung Galaxy E5 SM-E500F sports a 5 inch HD ( 720×1280 pixels) Super AMOLED Display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 Processor with 1.5 GB of RAM.
It comes with a 8 megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,400 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy E500 runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. It is a dual sim device.
