Samsung has launched 2017 variant of J series of smartphone, Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017). The smartphone comes with Android 7 and comes with Fingerprint sensor. It comes with 4G VoLTE support.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) features a 5.2 inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) IPS LCD screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 1.6GHz Octa Core Exynos 7870 Processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Mali T830 GPU.
Galaxy J5 (2017) comes with a 13 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash and OIS. For selfies, it comes with a 13 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes with 16GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery with fast charging support. It comes with fingerprint sensor under its home button.
