Along with Galaxy S6, Samsung has also reduced the price of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in India. Its price in India is also reduced by Rs. 5,000, it is now available for Rs. 44,900 via official eStore.
Samsung has reduced the price of both 32GB and 64GB Galaxy S6 Edge models in India. It was launched in India in April for Rs. 58,900. This is the second price, Earlier its price was reduced by Rs. 9,000. Within six months, it has received price cut of Rs. 13,000.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge flaunts a 5.1 inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) Super AMOLED Display at 577 ppi. It comes with dual edged screen on both sides. It is powered by a 64-bit Exynos Octa-core (2.1 GHz Quad-core + 1.5 GHz Quad-core) Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali-T760 GPU.
It comes with a 16 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 32GB and 64 GB on-board storage options. It doesn’t come with an option to expand its storage.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2600 mAh battery with Ultra Power Saving mode and fast charging support.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge runs on latest Android 5.0.1 Lollipop with a layer of TouchWiz UI.
