Samsung has slashed the price of its high end variant of its flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S8+ in India. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant has received a price cut in the country. The price cut comes a month after it went on sale.
The smartphone with 6GB RAM was launched in India for Rs. 74,900, now Samsung Galaxy S8+ 6GB RAM has received a price cut of Rs. 4000. It is now available for Rs. 70,900 in the country.
Samsung Galaxy S8+ flaunts a 6.2 inch Quad HD+ (1440 x 2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display at 570ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It comes with 4GB/6GB RAM. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Exynos 9 8895 Processor with Mali-G71 MP20 GPU.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus comes with a 12 Megapixel camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 64GB/128GB internal storage options, which can be expanded.
Samsung Galaxy S8+ runs on latest Android 7 Nougat with a layer of TouchWiz UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification.
