Samsung has finally launched its flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S9 during the ongoing MWC 2018 event in Barcelona. The device is announced at an unpacked 2018 event in Spain. It comes with 4GB of RAM and is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC. The Galaxy S9 has new features like AR Emoji, Variable aperture and a Quad HD Infinity Display.
Samsung Galaxy S9 flaunts a 5.8 inch Quad HD+ (1440 x 2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display at 570ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device has 4GB of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 comes in two variants, one is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC and other with company’s latest Exynos SoC. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Exynos 9 9810 Processor with Mali G72MP18 GPU. While the other variant is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor with Adreno 630 GPU
Galaxy S9 comes with a 12 Megapixel Dual Pixel Rear camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage options, which can be expanded upto 200GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, Heart Rate Sensor, IRIS Sensor and USB 3.1 (USB Type-C). It packs a 3,000mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy S9 runs on latest Android 8 Oreo. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Price is $719.9 in USA and 849 euros in Europe. It comes in Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple colors. It will go on sale from 16 March 2018 worldwide.
