Samsung has launched a new tablet, Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T355 in India. The Tab A 8.0 is launched in India for Rs. 20,500. It runs on Android Lollipop.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T355 features a 8 inch HD (1024×768pixels) XGA TFT Display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 410 Processor with 2 GB RAM. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128 GB using MicroSD Card.
It comes with a 5 megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 2 megapixel front camera. It packs a 4,200 mAh battery which provides mixed usage of 12 hours on LTE network.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It supports following LTE bands : FDD :700/850/900/1800/2100/2600 , TDD : 2300.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A runs on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. It comes with voice calling capability.
