Samsung has launched two new tablets in India during Samsung Forum event at Bali. The two tablets which are launched are Galaxy NotePro 12.2 and Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. Galaxy NotePro 12.2 is a premium range tablet with a price tag of ₹64,900, while Galaxy Tab 3 Neo is a mid range device with a price tag of ₹16,490. Let’s talk about specifications of this devices.
Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2
Last month during CES, Samsung had launched it globally now it is launched in India. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO is a new device in “PRO” line-up. It looks like stretched version of Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. This is one of the biggest tablet by Samsung, generally laptops come with 12.2 but Samsung has launched a giant tablet with 12.2 inch screen. The Galaxy NotePRO features 12.2-inch WQXGA (2560×1600 pixels) display. It is powered by Exynos 5 Octa processor with 3 GB Of RAM. Being a note series device, it comes with S-Pen.
Galaxy NotePro 12.2 has 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera. Internal memory is of 64 GB which can be expanded upto 64 GB using MicroSD card. Giant Tablet comes with giant battery too, it comes with 9,500mAH battery. It runs on Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box. It comes with Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity options and has a price tag of ₹64,900.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo
Earlier it was launched with the name Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite Globally but in India it launched with the name Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. It features a 7-inch 600×1024 pixels display. It runs on 1.2GHz dual core processor with 1 GB of RAM. It has 2 megapixel rear camera. It has 8 GB internal memory which is expandable with MicroSD card slot. It comes with 3,600mAH battery which provides 8 hours of video playback.
Galaxy tab 3 Neo comes in two variants, Wi-Fi and 3G. The Wi-Fi model has been priced at ₹16,490. Galaxy Tab 3 Neo 3G model availability and price is not declared.
