Samsung has slashed the price of its budget smartphone based on Tizen OS. Samsung Z1 SM-Z130H price has been reduced to Rs. 4,990 in India. The device was launched in India Earlier this year for Rs. 5,700.
Samsung Z1 price has been reduced by Rs. 710 which is around 12.5% price cut than the launch price. The Tizen powered smartphone is now available on Samsung eStore for Rupees 4,990.
Samsung Z1 features a 4 inch WVGA ( 800×480pixels) Super AMOLED Display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual core Spreadtrum SC7727S processor with 768 MB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Mali 400 GPU.
The Tizen smartphone comes with a 3.1 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. It comes with 4 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 64 GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 1,500 mAh battery. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
Samsung Z1 SM-Z130H runs on Tizen 2.3 OS. It comes with new SoS and ultra power saving mode features.
