Sony at its pre-IFA event launched Sony Xperia E3 and Xperia E3 Dual. It is successor to Xperia E1. Xperia E3 is budget Android Kitkat smartphone from Sony. Apart from Sony Xperia E3, Sony had also launched Sony Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact and Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact.
Sony Xperia E3 and Xperia E3 Dual features a 4.5 inch FWVGA Display with 854×480 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 Processor with 1 GB RAM. For graphics it has Adreno 305 GPU.
Sony Xperia E3 comes with 5 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. It also has 0.3 megapixel front camera. It has 4 GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Sony Xperia E3 has connectivity options like 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB. It has 2,330 mAh battery which gives 12 hours of talktime and 706 hours of standby time.
Sony Xperia E3 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. Sony Xperia E3 is a single sim device while Xperia E3 Dual is a dual sim device.

Sony Xperia E3 comes in white, black, lime, and copper colors. It would go on sale globally including India from Autumn 2014. However pricing detail are not revealed by Sony. But it will be placed in the budget price segment.
