As expected, Sony has launched a new high end smartphone in India called Sony Xperia XZs. The smartphone is launched with a hefty price tag of Rs. 49,990. It will go on sale from 11 April, pre-booking starts tomorrow. It comes with 19 Megapixel rear camera.
Sony Xperia XZs features a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.3GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Adreno 530 GPU.
Xperia XZs comes with a 19 Megapixel Exmos RS Sensor rear camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 13 Megapixel Exmor RS front camera. It comes in 64GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 256GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 2,900 mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor. It is a water resistant device with IP65/IP68 certification.
Sony Xperia XZs runs on Android 7 Nougat. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
