Sony Xperia Z2
Sony has launched its latest flagship device Xperia Z2 in India. The phone is launched at Rs. 49,990. It will available from 12 May in all retail stores and online stores.

Sony Xperia Z2 features a 5.2 inch FHD Display with 1080×1920 resolution. It runs on 2.3 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Processor with 3 GB of RAM. For Graphics it has Adreno 330 GPU. It comes with 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 128 GB using MicroSD card.

Sony Xperia Z2 features an 20.7 Megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash. Its rear camera comes with auto scene recognition, HDR, time-shift burst, picture effect and social live features, the camera can take 4K videos. It also has 2.2 MP front camera.

Sony Xperia Z2 has connectivity options include GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth, DLNA and Micro-USB. It has 3,200mAh battery which can give 19 hours of talk-time.

Sony Xperia Z2 runs on Android 4.4 kitkat. Sony Xperia Z2 is dust and waterproof device.

Sony Xperia is available for Rs 49,990. Sony has also launched Sony SmartBand SWR10 for Rs 5,990. Sony is giving Sony SmartBand SWR10 free along with purchase of Sony Xeria Z2.

Sony Xperia Z2 will compete with other flagship devices from HTC and Samsung. HTC one M8 is available for Rs. 49,900 and Samsung Galaxy S5 was launched for Rs. 51,5000 but it is available for less than Rs. 45,000 on online stores. It will be tough to say that which smartphone is better.
