Sony has launched its flagship smartphone, Sony Xperia Z3+ in India. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 55,990. It was announced last month and now the company has revealed its price.
At Rs. 55,990, Sony Xperia Z3+ is very costly. It is a minor upgrade to Xperia Z3 which was launched last year. It is even more costly than the Samsung’s flagship smartphone, Galaxy S6 which flaunts Quad HD Screen.
Sony Xperia Z3+ flaunts a 5.2 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) Triluminos Display with X-Reality engine. It is powered by a 64 bit 2 GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM. For Graphics it has Adreno 430 GPU.
Xperia Z3 Plus features a 20.7 Megapixel Exmor RS BSI sensor rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel Exmor R BSI sensor front facing camera. It comes with 32GB internal storage with an option to expand its storage upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, DLNA, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a 2,930 mAh battery which offers 12.8 hours of talktime and 682 hours of standby time. It also comes with Quick Charge feature which completely charges the smartphone in just 45 minutes.
Sony Xperia Z3+ runs on latest Android 5 Lollipop. It is a water proof and dustproof smartphone with IP65/IP68 certifications.
