Xolo has released Android 5.0 Lollipop update for its one and a half year old tablet, Xolo Play Tegra Note. The Lollipop update can be downloaded from company’s website.
Xolo Play Tegra Note is available in India for Rs. 8,299 only. It was launched in December 2013 for Rs. 17,999 but now the company has reduced its price and seeded the latest Android update.
Xolo has not released the update via OTA. You need to instal the update manually by downloading the software update. The tablet comes with a big 4100 mAh battery.
Xolo Play Tegra Note features a 7 inch HD (1280 x 800 pixels) LCD Display. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Quad Core Nvidia Tegra 4 Processor with 1GB RAM. For Graphics it has a GeForce GPU.
Play Tegra Note comes with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB internal storage with an option to expand its storage upto 32GB.
Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a 4,100 mAh battery which provides 8 hours of video play playback.
