Motorola has started working on new Moto Z smartphone, Yes you heard it right. If leaked reports are to be believed then the new smartphone will be dubbed as Motorola Moto Z2. The name doesn’t come as a surprise but the moniker to be used is a surprise.
As you can see the Motorola Moto Z2 name in the above image, the name of the second generation is not like other smartphones from the Lenovo owned company. The letter 2 is written as Z Square instead of Z2.
It may happen that the company is only changing the representation of Motorola Moto Z2 name and will keep calling as normal z2. The leaked moniker of the smartphone comes from reliable leakster @evleaks. Considering his earlier track record, we can not doubt the authenticity about the name of the device.
Apart from device name, no other information like specs, price about Motorola Moto Z2 is shared. We think that the smartphone is still three months away from launching. We might get more details about the device closer to launch of the device.
If earlier reports are anything to go by then the upcoming Motorola Moto Z2 will come will be powered by latest high end Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor. It will come with Quad HD screen and 6GB RAM.
Motorola Moto Z2 will be launched in Summer 2017 along with Moto Mods. We will share more details about the smartphone as we get it.
