Yu Televentures is all set to launch its flagship smartphone, Yu Yutopia, in India tomorrow. The company will launch its most powerful smartphone on 17 December.
The company has been teasing its smartphone since couple of months and finally it will be unveiled tomorrow. The company had already sent out Media invites for the launch event.
For the Yu Yutopia launch, the company don’t want to disappoint its fans, YU has decided to live stream the launch event on its website. The launch event will start at 12PM tomorrow and it will be live streamed on its website.
Micromax’s YU has already started the countdown timer on its website. Recently the company posted another teaser, in which it hints at more customization.
Earlier YU CEO, Rahul Sharma already confirmed that something else will also be announced and in a tweet the confirms it. It looks like Yu will launch two smartphones.
YU Yutopia might come with 5.2 inch Quad HD screen. It is powered by a Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor with 4GB RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage.
Yu Yutopia will pack a bigger battery with Quick Charging support. It will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The company might launch the device with CyanogenOS.
Yu will launch the Yu Yutopia in India on 17 December. Its price in India will be around Rs. 25,000.
