Apple has just released a new iOS beta update for its registered developers. The latest iOS 8.3 Beta 2 brings several changes and new features. The update also focuses on bug fixes and stability improvements.
One of the best new feature from Apple for Indians is a new language for Siri. Apple’s virtual assistant Siri now supports eight more languages. And in these new set of languages, there is a new English language for Indians.
Until now, Indians can opt for English (US), English (UK), English (Canada), and English (Australia). Now Indians users can select ‘English (India)‘ language for Siri. Indian accent is very different from English US or English UK, many users find it difficult to use Siri in India due to this issue.
With Apple adding support for the new Siri language, Indians can use the Siri with more accuracy. Google has already added English for India language for its search app, recently Google has also added Hindi voice search for its Google search app.
Along with English for India, Siri also gets support for Russian, Danish, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Thai, and Turkish reports 9to5Mac.
Apple has also included new set of diverse emoji and 32 country flags with the latest update. There’s a new India flag emoji too in the latest set of emojis. The new set of emoji are also available for OS X 10.10.3 update.
