Tomorrow two smartphone makers are going to launch two new Android Lollipop smartphones in India. Asus will be launching ZenFone 2 while Xiaomi will be launching Xiaomi Mi4i on 23 April.
Asus will launch three variants of Zenfone 2 in India. The devices will be launched in all price slots. Xiaomi will launch Xiaomi Mi 4i (Xiaomi Ferrari) in India. The device will first unveiled in India and it is expected to be priced under Rs. 15,000.
Asus Zenfone 2:
Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML is the top end model which comes with 5.5 inch Full HD screen. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz Quad core processor with 4 GB of RAM. All the three variants runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Asus Zenfone 2 series will be announced in India on 23 April. The low-end ZE500CL will be priced around Rs. 12,000, ZE550ML will be priced around Rs. 16,000 and the high-end ZE551ML will be launched in India for Rs. 20,000. Zenfone 2 series will be exclusively sold Flipkart.
Xiaomi Mi 4i (Xiaomi Ferrari):
Xiaomi Mi4i sports a 4.9 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.6 GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 405 GPU.
Mi 4i comes with a 12 Megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 4.8 megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 128 GB using MicroSD card. It runs on latest Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with a layer of MIUI 6.0.
