Asus has launched a new variant of Asus ZenFone 5. The new variant comes with 1.2 GHz dual core processor and is launched in India for Rs. 7,999. ZenFone 5 A501CG-2B509WWE is available exclusively on Flipkart, it doesn’t comes bundled with headset.
Asus ZenFone 5 was launched in India last year for Rs. 9,999 and now Asus has launched a new variant with model number ZenFone 5 A501CG-2B509WWE. Earlier this Month, Asus had launched Asus ZenFone 2 with 4 GB RAM and other massive specs. It is expected to be launched in India later this year.
Asus ZenFone 5 A501CG 2B509WWE features a 5 inch HD ( 720×1280 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 Processor with 2 GB of RAM. For Graphics, it comes with SGX 544 MP2 GPU.
Asus ZenFone 5 A501CG-2B509WWE comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 2 megapixel front camera. It comes with 8GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 64 GB using MicroSD card.
Asus Zenfone 2 connectivity options include 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,110 mAh battery which gives 18 hours of talktime on 3G network.
Asus ZenFone 5 A501CG 2B509WWE runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with a layer of Zen UI. Asuz ZenFone 5 is a dual sim device.
