Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi flagship device Xiaomi Mi4 in India. The device will be launched in India on 28 January and it is expected to be priced below Rs. 20,000.
Xiaomi has started sending media invites for the launch event on 20 January in Delhi reports BGR.in. After launching the device, Xiaomi will start the pre-registrations and the device will go on sale from 4 February.
Xiaomi Mi4 was launched in China in July last year. It was expected to be launched in India last Month but it was delayed due to various reasons. Xiaomi Mi4 comes with metallic frame and has plastic a back.
Earlier this month, Xiaomi had launched RedMi 2 and later Xiaomi had announced its new flagship devices Xiaomi Mi Note and Mi Note Pro. There are no details when these devices will be launched in India.
Xiaomi Mi4 features a 5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display at 441ppi. It is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Processor with 3 GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 330 GPU.
Xiaomi Mi4 comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. It also comes with a 8 megapixel front camera. It has 16 GB on-board storage, it doesn’t have an option to expand the storage.
Xiaomi Mi4 has connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,080 mAh Battery.
Xiaomi Mi4 runs on Android 4.4.2 optimized with MIUI version 6.
